(Beceived 20, 12.30 p.m.) BUGBY, Nov. 19. At a conference held at the War Office, l'epresentatives of 30 unions and loading Btigby football clubs decided unanimously to brihg to the notice of memhers tiie importance of joining tlie Territorial Army, adding that they were particularly impressed with the spoeial needs of the anti-aircraft defence of London.
