Man Under Observation SEQUEL IN COURT (By Teleeraph— Press Association.) ASHBURTON, Last Nigkt. .While under observation at night in tlie Domain, Albert Edward, Lindeloif flourished a heavy calibre revolver and a constable pounced on him, wresting. f roni Iiis the weapori, which was found unloaded. A search of the man's effects later revealed a second large gun. Neither was registered. In Court to-Jay X/indeloff was fmed £3, with 10/; costs for carrying a revolver and £1 and costs for being in po^session of two revolvers, and the vveapons were coniiseatcd. He was fined £2 or seven days' imprisonment for eon\erting a bicycle to his own use and £2 or seven days' imprisonment for the tlieft of articles from a shop. He was remanded till Thursday on a charge of breaking and entering a shop. The police stated that the aecused bought the revolvers from an Australian for 10/-. No ammunition was found. Four other indictable charges will be laid. agginst. ihe- accused. next Thursday.
