This is a truism, theref ore the proposed legislation to compel all criticism to be sigr.cd by the writer can only be to enable those in power to victimise anyone wh% dares to criticise their policy. . This is precious near to the Fascist and Communist prohibition of all political criticism. Will New Zealanders stand for such intimidation? — Yours, ofo '
