Hampden School Children Spend a Happy Time (From Our Own Correspondent). TIKOKINO, Last Night. The Hampden school children 's fancy dress ball was a great success in every-, way. The costumes were displayed to advantage in spectacular Grand Marches, and the children deserve a word of praise for the manner in which they carried out the instr.uc-> tions given by tliose responsible for training them in the dances. The teachers, too, are to be eongratulated on the success of "their efforts. Ari ehergctic ladies' committee suecessfully coped with the demands for supper required foT the evening.
