Vealers met with a weaker market for praetically all sorts but store cattle showed a slight improvement. The long period of dry weather broke during the sale and this had a brightening effect on the store market. Pigs met with a sha,rp decline, partly due to t'he heavy entry and also to the export'rate being reduced by a penny. Porkers made from 35s 6d to 55s 6d, or an average of 6fd to 7fd; baconers sojd from £3 2s 6d to £4 4s 6d, or from 6$d
