Agents to represent the Spanish insurgents iin England left for Spain from London to-day jvith documents for General Franco's chief agent, the Duke of Alba, enabling him to inform the British Government of the insurgents' attitude to the proposed withdrawal of foreign volunteers. It is stated that General F'rauco will afford all facilities to the British Government iii its plans to end the Spanish civil war.
