GUNMAN SHOOTS ACTOR'S NOSE OFF
(Eeceived 16, 9.40 a.m.) HOLLYWOOD, Nov. 15. A gunman in the early morning entered the apartment of Hymie Miller aged 31, movie actor and cafe-owner, and flred four shots, Wowing off Mr Miller '3 nose and wounding him in the ncck, hand and thigh. Mr Miller is unahle to deecribe the gunnian. He heard a noise and woke up. A dim figtire in the darlcness immediately opened flre. Mr Miller was scheduled to appear in scenes in the film "Eobin Hood" to-day.
