The News-Chroniele 's Brussels correspondent says that when Count Mariscotti (Italy) hinted at the NinePower Conference that Japan might again be begged to attend, the Kew , Zealand delegate, Mr. W. J* Jordan, repiied sharply: — ''While we are here talking blood is flowing in China."
