Porangahau Meeting
The monthly meeting of the Porangahau Women's Institute was held on Friday when Miss Green presided. A roll call was held "Something I would like to know." Mrs Somerville gave a demonstration of wood fibre flowers, which" was muck appreeiated. The competitipns were as follows: Prettiest sweet box, Mrs Somerville 1, Miss Green 2, Miss Green 3;socks, Mrs C. Hobson 1; posy, Miss K. Green 1, Mrs Forrest 2, Mrs C. Hobson 3.
