A secret manifesto protesting agains^ British interference in Moslem affairs Is being cirenlated among the Arabs by a new Arab Higher Commifctee. It urges the ATabs to stand firm in the battle against Imperialism. A landmine exploded at a bridge at Jaffo on tbe Jerusalem road jast after a British patrol car bad passed.
