Chinese Consul's Advices

WELLINGTON, This Day. . The following cablegram from Nankinor has been received by the Chinese consul ; "The Chinese have recaptuied Fengchin, Pinghu and Chuenkungting, three important stronghoids aiong the Shang-hai-Hangchow raiiway, "Heavy fighting is still raging near Taiyuan, which was literally defended to the last man. The Chinese mobile units are most active in that area and have succeeded in cutting the communfcations of the Japanese foroes at Shaoyang and Cangchuan, in east Shansi.'-
