Meeting of Associaiion A well-attended meeting of ' ■- the Hawke's Bay Manufacturers' Associatioii was held on Thursday evening in Napier, Mr E. Swailes presiding. •Mr A. W. Nisbett, general secretary of the Wellington Manufacturers' Association, addressed the members on the work of the New Zealand Manufacturers' Federation and the Wellington Manufacturers' Association since his last visit six months ago. He discussed amendments to the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, insofar as they agected Hawke's Bay members.
