The Department of Justice to-day a*a notunced the arrest of one of the most unusual criminals in the annals of crim# in America. He was an impersonator who specialised in proxninenfc people and praetised .f of gery. The . names he used most frequently were Franklin Eoosevelt, Theo.dora RooseveTt, junr.# Alfrhd Dupont and others. He specialised in forged cheques, with which' he purchased rare books. Hi* masterstroke was to telegraph his own parents that he was dead, and asked f or; fund's to send his body home.
