(Keceived 6, 12.48, p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 5. The Corporatibn of London presented a golden casket to Earl Baldwin, who paid a special tribute to Mr Kamsay MacDonald, declaring that he had never had the credit due to him for his services to the country in 1931 and tkereafter.
