M. Pierlot Unable to Form Cabinet (Keceived 6, 8.45 a.m.) BRUSSELS, Nov. 4. M. Hubert Pierlot has informed the King that Ihe is unable to form a Cabinet. Tho Van Zeeland Cabinet resigned on October 25 as the result of a crisis arising from the internal aiiairs of tbe National Bank, but not associated with financial difficulties. M. Pierlot was Minister of the Interior, Social Welfare, and Publio Health in tho do Broqueville Cabinet from June to November, 1934, and Minister of the Interior in the Theunis Cabinet froiii November, 1934, to March, 1935.
