The Rissington Women's Institute beld their monthly meeting in the hall, Miss Jerome tspencer presiding over a \ery good attendance of members. The delegates from this institute gave their report of the Nortliern H.B. L,,ederation's meeting held receptly and cliis was followed by an excellent demonstration on preserving given by Mrs. L. W. Goldhnch, of Havelock Xorth. Sbe also had on view some oi her own preserves.
