"Taifmahapa" Station Property Not Sold A bil of £6000 was the only offer tendered at the public auction conducted by Murray Roberts and Co. this afternoofi when, ou behalf of the trustees of .the estate of the late "Walter Shrimpton, "Taumahapa" Station, in the Marae- 1 kakaho and Gwavas districts, was off ered for sale under the hammer. The# sale attracted less than ten people and the one offer made, which was more than £1500 below the .existing mortgage, waa not accepted.
