British Economist Condemns Sell-Sufficiency . moral of japan's example (Keceived 4, 8.45 a.m.') LONDON, Nov. 3; Sir George Paish, famous economist, and war-time adviser to the British Treasury on finaneial and economic questions, to-day advised tho Ciyt of London to start world recovery by i.,.creasing the existing loans abroad, and uttered co~demnation of economic selfsufficiency. Sir George added that Japan had borrowed nearly all +he money her bankers would supply. Slhe must continue borrowing, and hoped to get more money in' China. If she were successful, an- unprecedented breakdown would follow. No country would be safe. "The restoration of peace must be the prelude to normal con ditions," Sir George Paish concluded.
