(Jteceived 3, a.m.; BERLIN, Oct. 2. Herr von Ribbentrop is expeeted to g6 to Rome to sign tlie Italiah-German-Japanese anti-Communist pact. The text drafted, it is believed, closely follows that of the existiiig Japdnege-Ger-man pact.' General Goering's National Zeitung gives the first hint that Italy is malcilig concessions to Germany- It says that the possible concessions are exclusively an Italian and German aff air and are nobody else's business, "Mr Eden will have to put up with the Berlin-Rome axis" it adds.
