Troubles of Judith AHen LOS ANGELES, Oct. 21. - The attorneys representing tlie film actress Judith Allen state that they are amending the suit filed in September and in which Miss Allen claimed £400,000 from Mrs. Delpliine Goode, alleging alienation of the affections of her former husband,. Jack Doyle, the English boxer, The attorneys state that a claim is now to be made that the interlocutory divorce decree obtained by Miss Allen was voided because she and Doyle are alleged to have lived together after the granting of the interlocutory decree. When the suit was filed in September, Miss Allen alleged that Mrs. Goode "persuaded, enticed and; ■ abducted" Doyle by offering him several hundred thousand dollars, also by gifts worth many thousands of dollars. She added that Doyle, on- numerous occasions before Mrs. Goode's intervention, attempted to arrange a reconciliatiou. A cableglram from New York on September 22 stated; Owing to "parental objection," Mrs. Delphine Dpdge Goode, sistei1 of Mr, Howard Dodge, motor millionaire, has abandoned her plau to obtain a divorce at Reno, Ne--vada, and marry tlie Elnglish boxer, Jack Doyle, recently divorced by Judith Allen, firm star. Doyle said a- few days ago tlxat, on marrying Mrs. Goode, lxe would never fight again "as it was too brutal."
