OBITUARY

MRS. ULLIAN JANE FERGUSSON The many friends throughout H^wke's Bay of Mrs Lillian Jane Fergusson, of Waipukurau, will regret to hear of lier sudden death, which occurred on Saturday. Mrs Fergusson 'was born in Napier in 1882, and married Mr J. E. Fergusson, at Pukehou, fh 1904. She will be well remembered in Hastings as one-time proprietress of the Boll Tea Rooms. Ten years ago Mr and Mrs Fergusson wcnt to Waipukurau and became proprietors of the Leviathan Private Hotel, where Mrs Fergusson became very popular, taking a very keen interest in all the sports activities of the district. She is survived by Mr Fergusson and five sons, Messrs H. J., L. J., T. G., E. L., and R. N. Fergusson The funeral took place from St. Mary's Ckurch, Waipukurua.
