Man's Injuries Prove Fatal

AUCKLAND, Last Night. Severe internal injuries, which proved fatal three hours later, wero suffered by Charles Herbert, aged 52, miaxried, a drover, of Panmure, when he fell from a moving train and under the wheels at Mercer station on Saturday night. The train Was pulling into Mercer when the accident occurred. Mr. Herbert who. was apparently ahout to alight, fell from a earriage platform and rolled under the train.
