FORMAL DEMAND Impending Action by Hitler Construed from Speech o REICHSTAG SUMMONED

Hfirir Hitler is expected shortly to make a formal demand to the Powers for tho return of Germany's foriner colonies before a specially-summoned session of the Reichstag. This, according to the Betlin correspondent of tho Times, is The meaning of General von Epp's cryptic reference to "impending action" by Herr . Hitler in a speech at Munich on Oetober 29, General von Epp, head of the Nazi Colonial Political Offiee, was addressing the Committee for Colonial Right of the Academy of German Law. He said that in future the Poiitical Offiee would collaborate more closely with the committee. "We must jointly prepare a legal basis for tEe impending action of the Fuhrer, which will provide a happy solution for our colonial problem," he declared.
