The spaeious shop, whieh is equipped on the most modero lines for meat purveying, includes a large Liprnan's air-cooled automatic nietal chloride refrigerator for the keepieg of meat under the best poseible conditions. Special atleution has boeu given -to ventilation, which ensur- . es a co'nstant flow of fresh air into the shop. Terrazo countersf shelves and side-boards, together* with the whitetilxng of. the walls, give the interior an ideal finish. The equipment in- . cludes two specially imported maple and iron chopping blocks costing £50. A sloping. window-back provides for an * unusually fine display of meats. At the rear of the premises, where the manufacturing is carried on, every facility is provided for work in this department to be carried out under the '* best possible conditions. . .
