NEW AUTONOMOUS STATE
Japanese Move in Inner Mongolia (Received 30, 12.30 p.m.) PEKING, Oct. 29. Kweihua, former capital of the Suiyuan province, is now the capital of the. new autonomous State of Inner Mongolia, embbdying Chahar and Suiyuan and created under Japanese auspices. It will be re-christened Hohofoto. The chief executive will be Prince 'eh, aged 72. Japanese marines are driving the Chinese out of Guemoy Island.
