WELLINGTON, Last Night. Regulations issued with the Ghzette to-night provide for the compulsory registration or re-registration of all beekeepers in the Dominion. The Department of Agriculture must be notified of alterations in respect of ownership or possession of any apiary or any increase or decreaseMn the number of hives. The regulations will como into force on November 1 and remain in force for five years. Re-registration will then be necessary for a i'urther period of five years.
