MR. HERBERT W. SEBLEY

WAIPAWA, Last Nig-t. The death occurred at the Waipukurau Hospital over the week-end of Mr Herbert Wright Sebley at the age of 6(3 years, after an illness extending over five months. Mr Sebley had for many years successfully farmed a property in the Argyll Settlement, which he had disposed of early in. the present year. Of a retiring disposition, the late Mr Sebley held the esteem of all with whom he had deaJings. For many years he was an active member of the Tikokino Dog Trial Olub and the Tikokino Sports Club, while he had also been a member of the Abbotsford Lodge, Manchester Unity Oddfellows, for 50 years, The funeral took place at Waipawa on Monday afternoon, the JKev. W. T. Drake conducting the service at the graveside. The Lodge service was read by P. G. Bro. F. Wallis, and members of the Lodge acted as pall-bearers.
