WAIPAWA Last .Ni? .i . A most suecessful darce crganised by the pupils of the Waipawa District High School was held in the Municipal Ooncert Hall. The hall had been tastefully decorated with streamera of blue and gold radiating to the walis from a centre piece of multi-coloured balloons, while the stage looked exceptionally Trell with its sotting of latticed streamers and native fd-ns. Ihe duties of M.C. weie carried our. bj- Mr G. Bobertson, and cxcellenx music was provided by Mrs Meta, with ax-ias by Mr II. Weedon, A dclighc ful savoury supper was sor^ ea by ihe High School pupils. On beholf of the school Mr Bobertson thanked all those present ior their attendance, and for the interest taken in the school. Mr D. Chaml?v= replitd on behalf of the guests.
