Mr and Mrs S. McKee and their son, of Clive, left on Saturday on a holiday visit to Taupo. Miss Marjorie Gillies, Maraetotara, left yesterday for Gisborne and will be the guest of Miiss Nancy Bruce. Mr "and Mrs* O. Krogh and Mr W. Krogh, Frederick street, Hastings, epent the week-end at Taupo. Visitors to Wellington for the races included Mr and Mrs T. H. Lowry Mr G. D. Beatson, Mr and Mrs Bichmond, Mr and Mts C. Haldane, Mrs Douglas Lane, Mrs Iau Hamilton, Mrs H. M. Bishop, Mrs Dudley Newbigin, Mrs A. G. Stead, Mrs M. Dwyey Misses , M. Jefferd and M. Stead.
