DUNEDIN, This Day. After a retirenient" of three hours, the jury found Ira Panapa Porete guilty on a count of hreakino the dwolling of his brother and annoying his brother at Mo' raki and annoying him and other persons "owing to intense provocation.'' The jury recommended that he should be bound over to keep the peaee. Porete was acquitted on the major charges of attempted murder, woundiag. assaulting and causing bodily liarm Uo was remanded in custody untjl JYeditesclay for sentence4
