AIR PILOTS CONSCRIPTED

Italy Lacks Volunteers (Received 23, 8.45 a.m.) ROME, Oct. 21. Cabinet has decided to conseript pilots for the Air Force owing to the lack of volunteers and to losses in Spain. The official calendar of the Faseist militia bears a large photograph with the captiou "Dead of Guadalajara Yitidirated." This is the first time events in Spain have been mentioned in an official document.
