The publication, described as the "First "professipnal journal lor thieves and burglars," coptained snecial articles on safe breaking, smash and grab raids, how to hurgle withotit leaving finger-printa and other "trade inf ormatipn. " The advertis®ments included olfers of courses jtn training by skilled practitioners, and trade implements for sale and hire. It is .stated that the paper had a wide circulation. not only in Poland, but abroad. A subscription list was found, leading to many arrests.
