Savings Efiected by H.B, Education Board DAY LABOUR USED By compleUng five building jobs by day labour, the Hawke's Bay Education Board, as the result of high tenaer prices, has saved £415 on works which cost it £744. A report to this effect by the secretary, Mr. W. h. Dunn, wag received at the board meeting in Napier this morning. The report indicated price differences as tabulated*
