Norsewood and Ormondville Clubs

NORSEWOOD, Last Night. The official closing of the Norsewood Golf Club took place on the Te Whiti lmks. The weather was favourable and an enjoyable time was spent. In the morning four-ball matches were contested and Canadian foursomes were played in the afternoon. Competitions held to raise funds for the club wero completed. the winners being Mr Sandy Logan, Norsewood, and Mr E. C. Dunn, South Norsewood. The official closing of the Norsewood Golf Club will take place on Labour Day. Members of surrounding clubs are cordially invitod. The competition will be a mixed foursome, players seJecting their own partners. For players who are without paTtners the secretary will make arran gements. All members, men included, will bring a plate for afternoon-tea. Play is to begin at 1 p.m.
