The Supreme Court ruled illegai Mr Aberhart's, the Sociai Creclit Premier's, OrtLer-in-'Couiiciii prohibiting Court actions against the valldity of Sociai Credit legislation. Senator William Griesbach told onservatives that Mr Aberhart's election hints indicated that he was preparing to drop Sociai Credit and base his appeal to tho farmers on the theme: "You have not had to pay your debts."
