WELLINGTON, Last Night. The eliminaticn of tho draft allowaixce o.f 1 per cent. in favour of tbe purchaser when the wool is sold is provided for in the Sale of Wool Bill, which is to be introduced in the House of Representatives at an early date, probably to-morrow, The details of the Bill were explaiued to members of tbe Government l'arty at a caueus of the Government members to-day. For Beveral years past the New Zealand sheepfarmera have been advocating the removal of the draft allojvauce on wool and the suggestion that steps should be taken to have it abolished was made in a question asked in the House at the last session of L'arliameut.
