Charged with indecently assanlting a girl, Gordon Ernest Drury, aged 30 years, appeared before Mr, J. Stickland, J.P. at the Hastings Police Court thas morning. On the application of Senior-Sergeattt G. Sivyer the accused was remanded until Friday, when it is expscted that the case will b© proceed-
