WANGANUI, Last Night. Eising costs of administration were refleeted in increased charges and expenditure d'eeided on by the Wanganui Harbour Beard at a meeting today. All shiping dues and pilotage charges are to be raised by 10 per ceut., and it decided that, owing to the new industrial conditions operating, the services of another pilot are necessary. Another man is to be engaged at a salary of £312 per annum, inereasing to £350, with a house allowance of £60. It was also decided that the salaries of five members of the staff should be increased to the extent of £170 per annum. Charges for the service of the tug are to be at the rate of £15 for each occasion the vessel is used^ instead of £12 10/-, as formerly. — —
