Many easualties are reported amQng Ihe children >n Sbangbai'a refugee eamps, -where 123 have alrcady died from malnutrition, An average pf 7Q0 babies are daily born of refugee mothers. Numbers of babies are born in doorways and other exposed places. Many of them are abandoned in the deserted streets or thrpwn into the river, or even on refuse heapss to spare them misery. Others, clothed in newspapers, will be most fortunate if they survive the onset of winter.
