CAR OVERTURNS
Passengers Uninjured Shortly after hoon to-day a sedan car driven bj Mr. A. Boby, of Havelock North, overturned on the Havelock road opposite Mr. B. Paynter's orchard. Portunately neither Mr. Hoby or the two passengers with him received injuries. It appears that Mr, Hoby in overtaking a lorry got his off-wheels on the wet grass on the side of the road .and, jon pulling on to the road, the ear dedeveloped a skid._ The bitumen surface which was slightly wet was xesponsible for the ,car getting o.ut of hand and, after a heavy skid aeross the road, it turned over to x.est upon its hood. The hood was fairly extonsively damaged and some of the windows wero brekeu, It w.as xemoved sopn afterwards with a break-down lorry.
