(1) "That it be a recommendation from the'committee that the following resolution be brPught before' Synod: •That the members of the Synod, rpcognising that Ivitness fpr Ghrist is the norma! duty of all Ghristians, agree to take steps in tkeir parishgs to form teams of laymen and women to study anfi pracfice thpir privilegp of wifnpsgang for Christ., ?' " (2) "That the Bishop bp requested to "set up an evangelistie committee tq assist ahd co-ordinate these efforts.7* (3) "That the attention of mpmbgrs pf Syno^, both plerical and lay, " he drawn to the appeal made by his Grace, the Archbishop pf Canterbury, entitled 'A Recajl to Religion, ' with an urgent recommendation that ihe subject bp brought before all church people through Sermons, women'^ pd inen's organisations, Bible Glasses and In every other possible way.'* Eulogistic referpnces were mad© tq thp Rey.
