USE OF POISON GAS
China Accuses Japan (Eeceived 15, 1.30 p.m.) GENEVA, Oct. 14. China has sent two new Notes to the League, accusing Japan of using poison gas and dumdum bullets, and continuing to bomb open towns. Two statements from League medical officers tatached certitied that three cases iu Nanking Hospital were suffering from gas poisoning.
