Why Not? Asks Amy Johnson (Received 15, 8.45 a.m,) , LONDON, Oct. 14. Amy Johnson, in an article in the Daily Mail on the subject of war traiaing for 1 womop, asks: Why not a womens's air force? Women should have the opportunity of truining so that, when necessary, they could release large reserves of pilots, navigmtors, wireless oporators and engxneers for active service. ' She does not advocate that Woxlien should be trained as fighting pilots in peaeC time, but they could prepare for aerial ambulauce work, photographic survey and radio work except pver euenxy country; also as instructors and enginoers.
