The fortnightly Women 's Institute card evening was held at "The Terrace," the residence of Misses Kirkham. Winners of cards were Miss Blair and Mr. W. E. Smith. Competitions resulted; "Matching proverbs: Mrs. F. Wilson. Paper-hat making: Mrs. W. 0. Smith and Mr, A. King.
