HASTINGS DEBT CASES
Judgment for plaintiffs by default was given in the following cases in the Magistrate's Court, Hastings, this inorning by Mr J. Miller, S.M. A. E. O'Meara v. {V. McKenzie, £1 5/-, costs 9 /-; H. Plank v. Violet Sundborn, 13/10, costs 8/-; Noel Wilson v. A. F. Jenkins 10/3. costs 10/-; Harker, Helleur and Le Pine v. A. W. Blane £3 3/-, costs £1 3/6. On a judgment summons G. Wall was ordered to pay Goldings the sum of £1 10/6 forthwith, in default two days' imprisonmeiit.
