WESTSHORE ACCESS ROAD
A request thaf the Westshore access road should be carried out with sustenance men is to be made by the Hawke 's Bay County Council. The work is estimated to cost £1100, of which £750 is for labour^ and the council's co^ri'bS^ tion towards the eost is £15&^!$^ Napier Borough Council contributmg a* similar amount. At its last meeting the Napier Harbour Board declined ttf make a contribution towards the cost. It was deeided that the work should be put in hand and continued until the council's quota is expended.
