Relations Witb Italy Received 12, 10.40 a.m.) TOKIO, Oct. 11. The Foreign Office spokesman refused to disclose the Japanese attitude toward the proposed Nine-Power Conference. He denied that an Italian-Japanese military alliance existed. He added that merely friendly relations existed.
