Young Man Arrested
(Received 12, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 11. _ Sir Oswald Mosley, the Bntish Fascist leader, who , suffered concussion when a member of a crowd stoned him as he rose to address a publio meeting from a motor-van, and f"ho subsequently underwent an oporation> had a fair night, His condition is easy. George Olsen Melander, aged 19, was remanded in custody for a week on a charge of wounding Sir Oswald.
