Napier Storekeeper Fined Five charges of ipaking false income deelarations were preferred against Cliarles Thomas Collings, of Napier, storekeeper, before Mr J. Miller, S.M. in the Napier Magistrate's Court this morning. Fines totalling £40 with £2 10/- costs ytcnn imjpooed. ,
