• AUCKLAND, This Day. - A' mceting of jockoys at Ellerslie yesterday considered the advisability of forming an association of New Zealand jockeys, and appointed a pro'"yisional committee to the draft rules for submission to a meeting at Trentham a fortnight hence. Tho intention, it was stated, was to register a Dominion-wide organisalion of jockeys, and later meet the Noa Zealand Racing Conference in referenc ' to rates of remuneration and conditionof employmeut.
